The Distinctive Departures Gift Cards may be used toward the payment of a Vacation Package or hotel reservation made online through the http://www.DistinctiveDepartures.com website only. Gift Cards may not be used for air-only purchases.
Only one Gift Card may be used per reservation. The entire amount of the Gift Card must be used at one time; no balances will be carried forward and no credit will be issued for unused amounts. If the total reservation price is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with a major credit card at the time of booking.
Gift Cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
A Fee of $75 plus any vendor fees or penalties will be applicable for any change or cancellation to your reservation. Vacation packages must be cancelled as a whole. Individual flights, car or hotel reservations cannot be cancelled separately. Activities and travel insurance are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued if you fail to appear for departure at the designated time and place (No Show) or if improper documentation results in denial of boarding of aircraft or entry to a foreign country.
In order to guarantee you will be ticketed by the time of your flight, our system may only allow bookings at least three days in advance for domestic destinations and five days in advance for international destinations. Hotel and most activity reservations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Distinctive Departures is not responsible for errors and/or omissions. Distinctive Departures reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice.
