Customize a Distinctive Departures Collection Distinctive Departures representative will meet with you to review objectives, strategies, audience demographics, budgets and goals. Offers are then sourced, designed, priced and fulfillment processes established.

Redemption of a Distinctive Departures Customized Program Most programs are based on a certificate collection: which allows the award recipient to claim a certificate and redeem their award within their timeframe.

The majority of redemption takes place through a call center where customers contact an experienced travel advisor to book and confirm their reservations. Online options are also available.

Once a booking is completed, each participant is given an itinerary, a confirmation number and a travel advisor presents details of their trip. One call, or one click and the travel award is redeemed!
